Once dispatched, your order will be shipped via ocean freight. This includes export procedures and sea transit to Australian ports.

Upon arrival, customs inspection and transfer to our local warehouse typically take between 5 to 7 business days.

Final delivery times vary based on your location and local courier availability.
Estimated total delivery time: Most orders across Australia are typically delivered within approximately 60 business days, including processing and shipping time. Please note that the actual delivery time may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions, peak logistics periods, or other unforeseen circumstances. 2. Delivery Service Details
- One delivery personnel is usually assigned for drop-off.
- Delivery is made to the front door or the ground-level entrance for apartment buildings.
- Standard delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (AEST) (excluding public holidays).
- Our "48-Hour Fast Shipping" applies only to warehouse processing, not to logistics pickup or delivery timelines.
- Default service does not include unloading, room placement, or stair carry. Additional services are available upon request and may incur extra charges.
- For items requiring assembly, we provide a step-by-step Assembly Guide upon delivery. If you prefer professional handling, our White Glove Delivery service is available (details below).
