Please note that customer information will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Article 1: Registration Application Process
Individuals wishing to use the ANZHAP service may apply for registration by submitting the required details through the registration page on the ANZHAP website. Alternatively, you can complete the necessary information and submit an application via phone, fax, or simply request the required details over the phone.
Article 2: Catalogs and Other Materials
ANZHAP, as specified by the company, may deliver various materials, including the ANZHAP catalog, other catalogs, and brochures (collectively referred to as "Catalogs and Other Materials") to customers within their valid registration period. Please note that these materials will only be delivered to the address registered with us.
Article 3: User Guide and Related Information
For product transactions and related details, please refer to the latest version of our User Guide available at the following link: User Guide. The terms in the User Guide may change based on societal factors and other circumstances. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the most up-to-date version of the User Guide regularly before using our services.
Article 4: Types of ANZHAP Services
Customers can choose to purchase specific products (referred to as "products") or access designated services (referred to as "services"). Product deliveries and service availability are provided within Australia. However, please be aware that delivery services may be limited in some remote locations, such as mountainous regions. There are also areas where we may not be able to deliver certain products or services that require direct delivery.
Certain products and services, such as customized items, may not be available on the ANZHAP website. For other product ordering services, we may be unable to fulfill requests for specific items.
Upon registering to use the website or applying for service, we will send you information about discounted products, promotions, and campaigns offered by ANZHAP, as well as products and services promoted by third parties. These communications may be sent via email or fax. Please note that you can opt out of receiving promotional emails or faxes at any time.
Article 5: Ordering Products and Services
Customers (excluding telephone and fax users) are required to enter the necessary information on the ANZHAP website and submit their applications for the specified products and services (collectively referred to as "Products and Services"). To apply for Products and Services, you must provide your login email address and password, unless placing an order simultaneously.
Orders placed on the ANZHAP website using a login email address and password are considered a genuine expression of the customer's intent and constitute valid orders. In the case of simultaneous orders, the completion of both the application and order is regarded as a valid expression of the customer's intent, forming a legitimate order.
Please note that a single application process may result in multiple orders, depending on the type of product or service requested. In this context, each distinct order is referred to as an "order."
In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or prolonged product unavailability, if ANZHAP cannot accept your order, we may not be able to deliver the requested product. We acknowledge that we may need to cancel your order under such conditions.
When a customer places an order that includes personal information of the customer’s employees or others, the customer is responsible for notifying those individuals and obtaining their consent to share this information with ANZHAP. ANZHAP will treat all information provided by customers as though it has been legally obtained, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Article 6: Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times for products ordered through ANZHAP are as follows:
● Sea Freight: 45-60 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and special holidays)
● Air Freight: 5-15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and special holidays)
Please note that we do not offer specific time-slot delivery services.
Our company may encounter difficulties in processing shipments if order details are incomplete, incorrect, or if changes to registered information have not been updated. Customers should be aware that delivery may not be feasible by the scheduled date mentioned in the "Delivery Information" due to factors such as transportation conditions, traffic congestion, year-end/New Year holidays, midsummer holidays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please keep this in mind when placing applications for products and services.
Separate notifications will be sent for back-ordered items, large orders, out-of-stock products, or estimated delivery times.
For back-ordered items, depending on the specifics of the requested products, we may not be able to provide delivery dates or pricing within the specified time frame.
Article 7: Delivery of Products and Services
Product delivery is considered complete when the product is placed at the customer’s registered delivery address. Delivery is deemed complete when the product is deposited in the mailbox, which includes mailboxes, newspaper boxes, etc. (excluding post office boxes), at the delivery address specified.
If the delivery address is registered but the store name, number or other identifying details cannot be verified from the exterior of the building or nameplate, delivery may not be possible.
Generally, products will be delivered to the designated building and not outside the exclusive area of the building or to a different location, unless the recipient’s name or company name can be confirmed from the building’s exterior. During product and service delivery, we may request verification of the recipient’s identity (e.g., by presenting a driver’s license, passport, etc., and recording details such as address, name, and registration number).
Customers may request a change to the delivery address when placing an order. For such requests, please contact us via our chatbot, general reception email (support.au@anzhap.com), or telephone.
If the customer’s presence cannot be confirmed at the time of delivery, please contact the delivery company engaged by ANZHAP.
By agreeing to ANZHAP’s verification procedures, customers can use the "Non-face-to-face pick-up service (designated delivery location)." The delivery company will confirm the designated location, and delivery will be considered complete once the product is placed at the specified location. Additional details of the service conditions are available in the confirmation items and usage guide.
For items shipped directly from the source, delivery arrangements will be handled by the shipping source, and delivery conditions may differ from those outlined in this article. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if delivery conditions specified in Paragraph 1 or the preceding paragraph are requested.
Article 8: Consumption Tax, Shipping Charges, etc.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the ANZHAP website, including products listed in catalogs, and shipping charges do not include consumption tax. The applicable consumption tax will be added to the estimate (invoice).
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges in the following situations:
1. When utilizing the assembly and installation service, customers must pay the assembly/installation fees indicated on the ANZHAP website or in catalogs for each product.
2. For large items, customers must pay the special shipping fee indicated on the ANZHAP website or in catalogs. Please refer to the price guide for further details.
Article 9: Payment
Payment Terms and Methods: Payment terms for products and shipping charges are outlined below. Customers have the flexibility to choose from the following payment methods:
1.1 Credit Card Payment
We accept credit card payments. Please note that billing deadlines and withdrawal dates for credit card payments may vary depending on your card issuer's policies. We accept the following major credit cards:
● VISA
● Mastercard
● American Express
● JCB
● Diners Club
● Discover
Ensuring Secure Credit Card Use
At ANZHAP, we are dedicated to protecting against unauthorized credit card usage. To ensure your transactions are secure, we kindly ask for your consent to the following measures when using a corporate card:
1.2 Sharing of Customer Information
ANZHAP may share customer information, which includes data submitted under Articles 2 and 3 (along with any updates) and details provided during product purchases. This information, referred to as "customer data," may be shared with your credit card company, known as the "contracting company."
1.2.2 Transmission to the Issuing Company
The contracting company may forward the customer information provided by ANZHAP to the credit card issuer, known as the "issuing company."
1.2.3 Verification and Reporting
The contracting company will verify the customer data provided by ANZHAP against their own records. They will then report the results back to ANZHAP.
1.2.4 Response from the Issuing Company
The issuing company will cross-check the customer information provided by the contracting company with their own records. After this verification, the issuing company will provide a response, which is shared with ANZHAP as part of the contract. ANZHAP is responsible for passing this response back to you.
Customer Support and Contact
ANZHAP retains the right to contact the individual responsible for the orders or the customer’s employees to address inquiries related to corporate card payments and offer necessary assistance regarding payment issues.
Changes to Payment Terms
If you need to modify the payment terms as outlined, please reach out to us via our chatbot, general reception email (support.au@anzhap.com), telephone, or fax. Please note that changes to payment terms may take a few days to be processed.
Payment Timeline
Payments for products, shipping, and related charges must be completed within one month from the date stated on the estimate (invoice). After payment confirmation, please contact us via our chatbot, email (support.au@anzhap.com), phone, or fax. Upon verification of your payment, we will proceed with shipping. However, special regulations, such as those for assembly and installation services, will take precedence when applicable.
Article 10: Refusal to Receive Products
If a customer refuses product delivery or if the product cannot be delivered due to customer-related circumstances, please contact us via our chatbot (Live Chat Support), email (support.au@anzhap.com), phone, or fax. In such cases, any costs related to product storage, re-delivery, or associated fees will be governed by the delivery company’s terms and conditions.
If a customer fails to collect the product within the specified time frame, this will be treated as a cancellation of the sales contract. In this case, ANZHAP will be released from its obligation to deliver the product. Additionally, apart from storage fees, the customer may incur a penalty charge equivalent to the product’s value.
Article 11: Damages and Disclaimer
In the event that product delivery is delayed or rendered impossible due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, changes in laws, terrorism, significant traffic restrictions, public service suspensions, accidents, or other unforeseen factors, we will inform the customer promptly. However, ANZHAP and its agents will not be held responsible for damages resulting from such situations.
If a customer suffers injury or property damage due to negligence on the part of the delivery person or delivery company, ANZHAP will compensate for actual damages resulting from this negligence. Note that customers cannot directly claim damages from the delivery company. ANZHAP may act on behalf of the delivery company and compensate the customer.
If the product is damaged during shipping or delivery, ANZHAP will either send a replacement or allow the customer to cancel the order. In this case, no charges will apply, or payment will be refunded at a later date.
With the exception of cases involving negligence by ANZHAP or the delivery company, ANZHAP's liability for damages shall be limited to the actual damages that would typically arise from the negligent act, and in any case, will not exceed the price of the product (including taxes).
Article 12: Online Service Disclaimer
When using the ANZHAP website to access information or avail of services, customers must comply with these Terms and any specific terms provided for each service, all while adhering to their legal obligations. Usage is at their own risk.

●Product Manufacture and In-House Warehousing (Pre-shipment):
For cancellations after manufacturing but before the product is shipped, a 20% fee will be deducted to cover warehousing and handling costs.
●Product in Overseas Shipment or Awaiting Arrival:
If the product is in transit or awaiting arrival at the Australian warehouse, a 50% fee will be deducted if a refund is requested, to account for significant shipping expenses.
●Product Already Dispatched:
If the product has already been dispatched from the Australian warehouse, a refund request will result in a deduction of 70% to 80%, depending on the circumstances, to cover shipping and restocking fees.
Article 15: Returns and Refunds
Return Policy:
ANZHAP allows returns and exchanges within 60 to 90 days after order placement, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customized products may not be eligible for return. Minor damages such as finish issues on desks or chairs may be repaired, but these do not qualify for a return.

Article 19: Approval of Terms and Conditions Amendments
Any updates to these terms will be published on the ANZHAP website and will take effect once the customer agrees to them. Unless otherwise stated, changes may occur even during the validity period of catalogs and other related materials. It is recommended that customers review the latest terms each time an order is placed.
Article 20: Assembly and Installation Services
Specific terms apply to assembly and installation services, which are ordered alongside a product:
1. The delivery date aligns with the information on the ANZHAP website.
2. Additional charges may apply if delivery requires special conditions, such as stairs, curing during delivery, limited space for assembly, or expedited service. These factors may also affect the original completion date. If delivery cannot be completed due to these conditions, the order may be canceled, and the customer may incur a cancellation fee equal to the incurred costs.
3. Traffic conditions may prevent delivery on the requested date.
4. Requests for furniture movement or collection of unwanted items are not accepted, nor is the return or collection of packaging materials for general products.
5. Delivery dates will be adjusted in areas with limited delivery availability.
6. If the customer is unavailable on the delivery date, they should contact the delivery company for rescheduling.
Details related to billing for assembly and installation services will be provided by the contracted service provider.
Please note that even if a product is returnable, service fees (e.g., assembly or installation fees) cannot be refunded.
Article 21: Customization Services
In addition to the provisions set forth in Articles 1 to 27, the following applies to customization services:
1. The terms for individual customization services ("customization services") and orders are outlined in the order screen and accompanying notes for each service. If there is a conflict between this article and the customization service notes, the latter will take precedence, unless stated otherwise.
2. For repeat order products, ANZHAP will store customer-submitted data (including versions and logo designs) for the period specified in the service notes. ANZHAP is not responsible for any loss or damage to these files. Additionally, submitted or version data will not be returned or provided to customers.
